West from St Austell on A390, approximately 3 miles, bear left onto B3287. 1.7 miles "T" junction turn right. 0.1 miles "T" junction turn left around house. 0.3 miles left turn off B3287 sign posted Portholland. * 0.8 miles fork right. 0.7 miles take the second farm lane on right. Tregonan is at the end of a 0.5 mile lane.
Alternatively, on A3078 at Tregony bridge, take the A3287 through Tregony village. From Church at the top of village, 2 mile turn right off the A3287 towards Portholland. Then repeat directions from * above
